Mr. Pearfectly Fine
2 oz Tenjaku Gin
1 oz pear simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
Pear Syrup:
1 cup of chopped pears
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Splash of vanilla bean paste
Bring to a boil and then simmer about 8 minutes while smashing down the pears. Strain and refrigerate after cooling!
Shake pear syrup and gin with ice and strain over crushed ice. Top with sparkling!
Optional: sugar rim with a smidge of vanilla bean paste
