Gimlet

Ingredients:

2 ounces Tenjaku gin
3/4 ounce simple syrup (optional to flavor with lime zest)
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds or until frost forms on the shaker. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
